Oliver Kuttner, a local developer, took his engineering team’s Very Light Car to Detroit to unveil it at the nation’s biggest auto show. He rubbed shoulders with the elite of the car industry, including people with the resources that could help him put the car, which is being designed and built in Lynchburg, onto American roads.
